Problem When opening a PDF document or report in Safari or Firefox, it either comes up blank or show text in Japanese.Solution 1. From your desktop, select "Computer" from the "Go" menu (note: you must be on the desktop, if you are in another application the "Go" menu will not appear)  2. Open "Macintosh HD" 3. Open "Library" 4. Open "Internet Plug-ins" 5. Delete two files, AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin 6. Close your browser, re-open and your documents and reports should appear properly |
