To change the display settings for your laptop and any display device connected to it, such as a monitor or projector,

1) Click on the Apple logo in the top left hand corner of your screen

2) Select "System Preferences

4) Find the tab "Arrangement". Note : The "Arrangement tab will only appear if an external device is plugged in.

5) Check the box labeled "Mirror Displays"
